Lightspeed's product warranties have continually set the industry standard.  In an effort to provide even more value Lightspeed is proud to introduce the Warranty Exchange Program.  The Warranty Exchange Program applies to all Lightspeed Infrared Products including existing warranties.  The program is simple.  Any product that is determined defective by a Lightspeed Service Technician will be advanced replaced.  "Our service group brainstormed ideas of how we could minimize downtime for our customers" says Vicki Ogle, National Services Manager at Lightspeed "This was an idea that we felt would benefit the customer greatly and initial customer response has been very positive."
