LightSPEED now offers two new service programs designed to eliminate administrative delays and speed up the repair and return of needed equipment.
"Tiered Service Plan": Designed for customers with equipment that is out of warranty, this plan prepays all shipping and service costs.

“Double the Warranty”: This extended warranty program is available at the time of equipment purchase and doubles the length of the standard product warranty.
These extended service programs go into effect July 1, 2006, and are sure to save LightSPEED clients time and money as well as reduce administrative paperwork within the school district.
