REDCAT Infrared Classroom Audio Products
Lightspeed Infrared Audio Systems and optional accessories are warranted against malfunction due to defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase. System components will be repaired or replaced at Lightspeed’s option.  Warranty does not extend to finish, appearance, or malfunctions due to abuse or misuse. Repairs performed by other than Lightspeed Technologies will void this warranty.

System Component Coverage:
  • Amplifier, iR Sensor, Speakers and Wireless Microphones: FIVE (5) YEARS
  • Connecting Cables and external microphones: ONE (1) YEAR
  • Rechargeable NiMH Batteries: ONE (1) YEAR

Lightspeed Delta PA Product Warranties
 Delta PA Portable Audio System
Lightspeed Delta PA Portable PA Systems are guaranteed against malfunction due to defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) YEARS, beginning at the date of the purchase invoice. If such malfunction occurs, the product will be repaired or replaced (at Lightspeed’s option) without charge during the warranty period.

  • Warranty on Delta PA amplifier is THREE (3) YEARS.
  • Warranty on UHF transmitter and receiver is THREE (3) YEARS.
  • Warranty on Lightspeed AA NiMH rechargeable batteries is one (1) year.
  • Warranty on headset and lapel microphones and carry case is one (1) year.
  • Prepaid shipping labels are provided by Lightspeed for warranty repairs within the U.S.. Customers outside the U.S. should refer to the Lightspeed website (www.lightspeed-tek.com) for warranty repair instructions.
  • Warranty does not extend to finish, appearance items, or malfunctions due to abuse or operation other than specified conditions, nor does it extend to incidental or consequential damages. Repair by other than Lightspeed or its authorized service agencies will void this guarantee. Information on authorized service agencies is available from Lightspeed Technologies, Inc.(www.lightspeed-tek.com).


Personal Assistive Listening Devices
Lightspeed Personal FM systems are warranted against malfunction due to defect in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. System components will be repaired or replaced at Lightspeed’s option.  Warranty does not extend to finish, appearance, or malfunctions due to abuse or misuse. Repairs performed by other than Lightspeed Technologies will void this warranty.

System Component Coverage:
  • Wireless Transmitters and Receivers: TWO (2) YEARS
  • Microphones and Connecting Cables: ONE (1) YEAR
  • Rechargeable NiMH Batteries ONE (1) YEAR
